Observation: Spend time in nature and notice which plant draws your attention. Take time to sit with it, studying its patterns and location.
Reflection: Meditate on your connection to the plant. Consider why it attracts you and what message it may hold for you.
Learning: After your time in nature, we will gather to learn more about the plant you connected with, including its properties and uses.
